Composition:

Each 30ml of the sterile concentrate solution contains:

Levofloxacin Hemihydrate 768.6 mg Eq. to 750 mg levofloxacin per 30 ml

• Uncomplicated Skin and Skin Structure Infections
• Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis
• Inhalational Anthrax (Post-Exposure)
• Plague
• Complicated Urinary Tract Infections: 5-day Treatment Regimen
• Complicated Urinary Tract Infections: 10-day Treatment Regimen
• Acute Pyelonephritis: 5 or 10-day Treatment Regimen
• Uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infections
• Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
• Acute Bacterial Sinusitis: 5-day and 10-14day Treatment Regimens

Store at temperature not exceed 30°C and avoid excessive heat and protect from freezing and light and It is used after dilution with sodium chloride 0.9% or dextrose 5% or sodium lactate for 72 hours
